My Checklist for events : ‘Nurtured with experience’
Following is a list of events that I followed in my first event and this timeline proved quite success full in terms of planning. Things I kept in my mind while planning this timeline was as if I alone was organizing the event and had a virtual tour of event in my mind and wrote all important things I can think of. Than I asked my co organizers to do same and in this way we got 4–5 lists. then we compiled those and made this final. This way proved quite success full in terms of exhaustivity of the list.
The event was planned to take place on Jan 20. Thus you can take a rough idea on how we planned the timeline of events.

- Finalization of speakers for workshops and Sessions — 5 January
- Finalization of Companies for intern fair — 5 January
- Finalization of Auto Companies for Startup Expo — 5 January
- Finalization of startup for startup expo — 5 January
- Finalization of Alumni for alumni meet — 5 January
- Finalization of Investors for Investors’ meet — 5 January
- Finalization of speakers for Youtubers’ meet — 5 January
- Finalization of speakers for Food Bloggers’ meet — 5 January
- Finalization of speakers for Travel Bloggers’ meet — 5 January

These were major To-do's that constitute any successful college event.
